Qualifications

• Experience leading ecommerce operations and platforms.
• Proven sales and marketing ability to drive traffic and optimize conversions; Google/Meta campaigns required.
• Strong analytical skills to assess data and identify trends.
• Excellent communication for cross-functional collaboration.
• Prior ecommerce/retail/travel experience is advantageous.
• Familiarity with sustainable practices is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Role Description

This full-time Head of Ecommerce role is based on-site at our Amsterdam headquarters. The Head of Ecommerce will oversee the development and execution of ecommerce strategies, manage online sales platforms, ensure seamless customer experiences, and manage our Meta and Google accounts. Key responsibilities include analyzing trends and data to optimize online sales, collaborating with the marketing team to drive traffic and conversions, and building strong communication channels to meet business objectives. This role requires creative and analytical skills to enhance NORTVI's digital presence and profitability.

• Strong proficiency in E-Commerce operations and a solid understanding of online platforms and tools.
