As we continue expanding across the region, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Head of Aftersales to lead and develop our aftersales operations in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the aftersales service strategy across the region
- Develop and monitor quarterly and annual aftersales plans
- Lead CSI improvement initiatives and ensure high customer satisfaction standards
- Oversee customer complaint management and ensure effective closed-loop resolution
- Support distributors and service partners in improving technical and maintenance capabilities
- Monitor market quality feedback and identify improvement opportunities
- Analyze competitor aftersales performance, market trends, and service benchmarks
- Lead aftersales network planning, expansion, and operational standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, technical, and regional teams to ensure operational excellence
- Drive continuous improvement across service processes, customer experience, and aftersales performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience within the automotive industry, ideally in aftersales, service operations, dealership management, or technical support
- Strong understanding of automotive systems, diagnostics, maintenance, warranty processes, and service operations
- Proven experience managing customer satisfaction and resolving complex customer issues
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Business-oriented mindset with experience managing budgets and operational performance
- Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a strong plus
- Willingness to travel regularly across the region
