Are you a morning person who loves to stay active and works well under pressure? At PostNL in Halfweg, we are looking for warehouse workers who want to be the engine of our sorting process. This isn't just any warehouse job; you are the one who keeps the flow going.

Responsibilities

Your main task is "inducting": taking parcels from pallets and placing them onto the moving sorting belt at a high pace. You ensure that the belt is always full and the machine runs at maximum capacity. It's a physical challenge; parcels can weigh up to 30 kg, so you'll get a full‑body workout while you work. You work in a driven team where everyone hits their targets together. By 13:00 PM, the job is done, leaving your entire afternoon free for studies, hobbies, or relaxation.

Earnings

We offer a solid base salary of €14.71 gross per hour. On top of your wage, you accrue 8 % holiday pay and 10 % holiday hours. While we occasionally offer shifts on Saturdays with a 40 % bonus (€20.59 per hour), our priority is building a reliable team for our core weekday operations.

Schedule

Your workday starts at either 05:45 AM and finishes by 01:00 PM at the latest, meaning you'll work at least two mornings a week (including the mandatory Monday) and still have your entire afternoon free.
