Job summary

Metagenics, Inc. is seeking an experienced H160 Pilot to operate from our Den Helder base in the Netherlands, performing scheduled shuttle flights in support of offshore Oil & Gas operations, with a strong emphasis on safety, efficiency and customer service.

You will handle flight preparation and execution, maintain safety systems, and complete pre- and post-flight administration in a highly structured offshore environment, emphasizing professionalism and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Perform full technical preparation of flights (route planning, fuel calculations, aircraft inspection)
• Operate in accordance with SOPs, limitations and performance requirements of the H160
• Ensure all aircraft safety systems are fully operational
• Complete accurate pre- and post-flight administration
• Report any incidents, defects or irregularities

Responsibilities

• Perform flight prep including route planning, fuel calculations, and aircraft inspection
• Fly in accordance with SOPs and H160 limitations and performance requirements
• Verify all aircraft safety systems are fully functional
• Complete precise pre- and post-flight administration
• Report incidents, defects or irregularities promptly
• Maintain familiarity with national and international aviation legislation
• Operate per Operations Manual, FOM, FOIs and company procedures
• Adhere to Safety, Quality and Drugs & Alcohol policies
• Support offshore Oil & Gas ops as directed by the Chief Pilot
• Be flexible for extra crew or standby duties
• Demonstrate strong customer service
• Lead by example and promote teamwork
• Adapt to local culture, environment and client needs

What You’ll Be Doing

• Complete accurate pre- and post-flight administration
• Report any incidents, defects or irregularities

Compliance & Professional Standards

• Maintain full familiarity with national and international aviation legislation
• Operate in accordance with the Operations Manual, FOM, FOIs and company procedures
• Respect company policies including Safety, Quality and Drugs & Alcohol policies
• Maintain high standards of crew discipline, conduct and personal appearance

Offshore & Team Responsibilities

• Support offshore Oil & Gas operations as assigned by the Chief Pilot
• Remain flexible for operational needs (e.g. double crewing, standby storm duties)
• Demonstrate strong customer service awareness
• Lead by example and promote team spirit
• Adapt to local culture, environment and client needs
