David Lloyd Clubs in the Netherlands is seeking a proactive Gym Supervisor to lead our gym floor, monitor activities and ensure a superb member experience seven days a week.

You will manage our Personal Training team, have the option to deliver Personal Training and run classes, and contribute to a thriving, inclusive club culture.

A minimum Level 3 CIMSPA is required, plus strong customer service and communication skills to inspire members.

Qualificações

• Minimum Level 3 CIMSPA required.
• Passionate about health and fitness and able to inspire members.
• Excellent communication and interaction skills.
• Previous experience in the fitness industry.
• Customer service oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor gym activities and ensure a fabulous member experience seven days a week.
• Lead and support the Personal Training team.
• Deliver Personal Training when required and run group classes.
• Collaborate with gym staff to maintain a welcoming club environment.
