Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure Ltd. in Capelle is seeking a part-time Gym Supervisor to oversee gym operations and deliver outstanding member experiences seven days a week.

You will manage the Personal Training team, stay engaged with members, and have the option to provide Personal Training and group classes according to demand.

Qualifications

• Must hold CIMSPA Level 3 qualification.
• Experience in a gym or fitness environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all activities in the gym space to ensure a safe, engaging member experience.
• Lead and support the Personal Training team and ensure service excellence.
• Deliver or assist with classes and personal training sessions as needed.
