Job summary

Atithi Indian Restaurants is hiring a Service Employee to provide friendly, energetic in-restaurant service and assist with food delivery to ensure a great customer experience. You will welcome guests, take orders, serve dishes and beverages, and maintain dining area cleanliness.

The role involves cash/card handling and delivering orders with a professional, courteous approach in a fast-paced environment. EU/EEA residency is required along with good communication skills.

Qualifications

• EU/EEA/Switzerland citizenship or permanent residence.
• Prior restaurant service experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to ride an E-bike for deliveries.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Punctual, reliable and respectful.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in the restaurant, taking orders and serving food and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
• Deliver food orders promptly to customers' doorsteps with professionalism.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and polite service.
• Follow all safety and hygiene regulations.
