Job summary

McArthurGlen Group is seeking a Guest Experience Advisor for our Roermond centre, a 28-hour-per-week, in-person role dedicated to welcoming guests and resolving enquiries. You will be part of our vibrant Guest Services team, ensuring every visitor feels valued and supported throughout their centre experience.

You will actively engage guests, handle inquiries, and promote additional products and services while maintaining a positive, proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in a guest-facing role is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Promote additional products and services to guests.
• Handle feedback across face-to-face, email and social media channels.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks (gift cards, etc.).
