A SaaS platform for collaborative learning in Amsterdam is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager. In this role, you will lead the outbound strategy, optimize multi-channel campaigns, and manage a BDR team. A successful candidate will have strong experience in generating pipeline for B2B SaaS and managing remote teams. This position offers a hybrid work environment and a competitive salary ranging from 60k to 67k €.

In this role, you’ll lead our outbound strategy, scale our digital presence, and empower our BDR team to generate high-quality pipeline. Running and optimizing multi-channel campaigns (paid, LinkedIn, email) to grow community, traffic, and high-quality leads
Leading and coaching the BDR team, driving performance and cross-team collaboration
Building and optimizing automated outreach and nurturing flows using intent and behavioral data
Driving organic growth through high-intent SEO and AI-adapted keyword strategy
Design and run experiments to test ideas and drive measurable growth
Track and optimize performance using AI and analytics tools
Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline for B2B Saas companies, ideally targeting mid-market
Ability to manage and inspire a small, remote BDR team, with a solid understanding of their roles and expectations
Hands-on experience with data enrichment tools (Clay, Sales Navigator, Vainu, Creditsafe) and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, n8n, Surf, Instantly, Expandi)
Proven ability to design and execute experiments for emails and ads
Comfortability working in a start-up environment: hands‑on, proactive, and adaptable
Skilled in generating pipeline through paid media campaigns (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads)
Knowledge of SEO strategies, including optimization for AI‑driven search and chat tools
Typically requires 3-5 years of experience in Growth Marketing roles in a scale‑up organization within the SaaS industry, in‑house or through an agency
Proficient skills in English, other languages, such as German, are seen as a benefit
