Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com in Amsterdam is hiring for a Performance Marketing engineer within the Growth Solutions team. You will contribute to automating ad strategy, improving data integrity and tracking conversions to boost marketing agility and performance.

The role requires strong OOP with Java, and familiarity with JavaScript/Next.js and Google Cloud Platform. Docker and Kubernetes experience is a plus, as is curiosity for SEA/SEO knowledge.

Qualifications

• Strongly typed object oriented programming experience (Java).
• Familiarity with our core tech stack (Java, JavaScript/Next.js, GCP) a bonus.
• Ability to turn complex challenges into elegant solutions.
• Knowledge of digital marketing concepts such as SEA/SEO is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Code Reviews.
• Debug/Troubleshoot bugs independently.
• Write and maintain code (Java).
• Independently pick up tickets from backlog approved by a senior.
• Maintain documentation of new and existing services.
