Job summary

The Plugged Group is seeking a Content Marketeer to turn projects into stories and connect creativity with commercial goals. You will own the content process end-to-end, coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers and other creatives, and ensure timely, on-brand storytelling across channels.

Fluent in English and Dutch, you will plan, write, and publish content, develop briefs, and help grow our brands and pipeline with data-driven campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience in growth marketing or content marketing.
• Ability to create structured content plans and briefs.
• Excellent storytelling and written communication in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Spot content opportunities within projects, campaigns and day-to-day business.
• Develop content concepts and campaigns around opportunities.
• Define story, audience, message and outcomes with MQL as KPI.
• Create clear briefs and coordinate with specialists to bring ideas to life.
• Ensure content reflects brands and quality standards.
• Turn projects into case studies, social content, newsletters, and shareable stories.
• Build and manage a content calendar across channels and audiences.
• Plan what goes out, when and where; schedule and publish content.
• Write newsletters and external publications; coordinate case studies and awards.
• Track upcoming projects and content needs; ensure timely delivery.
• Balance planned content with opportunistic opportunities.
