Job summary

bunch is building the operating infrastructure for the next generation of private markets. We are seeking a Business Development Working Student to support lead generation, sales, and customer support across the Netherlands and Germany, while building and using AI tools to automate processes and assist with market research and sales materials.

You are a student or recent graduate with a proactive mindset, able to drive results independently and juggle multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Student or recent graduate with strong performance evidenced by activities, work or academics.
• Proactive, able to drive results independently and manage multiple tasks in parallel.
• Experience in top-tier consulting, venture capital, startups, or fast-paced environments is a plus.
• Curious about GenAI and eager to use it to work smarter; no coding required.
• Good English and advanced Dutch; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to lead generation, sales, and customer support across the Netherlands and Germany.
• Build and use AI tools to automate and streamline processes, from fund research to CRM workflows.
• Support projects such as creating sales materials and market/competitor research.
