Job summary

Co-Flex seeks a skilled groundworker to join its energy infrastructure projects. You will perform groundwork, pipework support, and assist operators on industrial sites, prioritizing safety and teamwork on busy sites.

The role offers a stable full-time position with a salary in the €2,600–€2,855 gross per month range, travel expense reimbursement, 24 vacation days, and opportunities for a permanent contract based on performance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable groundworker experience, preferably in industrial or civil engineering.
• VCA certificate (VOL-VCA is a plus).
• Experience on industrial sites.
• Driver's license (Category B) - E is a plus.
• Willingness to work in a team and maintain a flexible attitude.
• Physically fit and in good condition.
• Proactive attitude with a strong focus on safety.

Responsibilities

• Execute groundwork such as digging trenches and construction pits.
• Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of piping systems.
• Maintain a safe and tidy work environment on industrial premises.
• Support machine operators during earthmoving and other common activities.
• Perform light manual tasks such as installing shoring or other structures.

As a groundworker, you will perform various tasks such as digging trenches, laying pipes, and maintaining the work environment. You will assist operators, perform manual labor, and ensure safety on industrial sites.

As a groundworker, you can count on a diverse range of tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

• Groundwork: Executing groundwork such as digging trenches and construction pits, and excavating soil around pipes and cables;
• Pipework Support: Assisting with the installation, repair, and maintenance of piping systems;
• Safety & Maintenance: Ensuring a safe and tidy work environment on industrial premises;
• Operator Assistance: Supporting machine operators during earthmoving and other common activities;
• Manual Labor: Performing light manual tasks such as installing shoring or other structures.

Job requirements

• Demonstrable experience as a groundworker, preferably within industrial or civil engineering;
• In possession of a VCA certificate (VOL-VCA is a plus);
• Experience working on industrial sites;
