Staffice zoekt een Ground Transport Coördinator voor Rozenburg (Schipholrijk). Je regelt ritregistraties, documenten en het monitoren van transportstromen, met roterende diensten inclusief nachten en weekend. Je bewaakt doorlooptijden, identificeert vertragingen en zet stappen richting betrouwbare leveringen.

Je onderhoudt vrachtdocumenten, laadlijsten en B/L, en zet stappen in het verbeteren van logistieke processen. Een stabiele baan bij Staffice met groeikansen.

Qualifications

• MBO 3 of MBO 4 niveau vereist.
• Beheersing van Engels is vereist.
• Beschikbaarheid voor wekelijkse dienstenrooster, ook nachten en weekends.
• Recht op VGB-screening met minimaal 8 jaar verblijf in de EU.

Responsibilities

• Opzetten van operationele records voor geplande en ad hoc vrachtwagenroutes.
• Coördineren van vracht herstel van CFS-locaties en externe partners.
• Documenten zoals transportdocumenten, laadlijsten en verzendbonnen verstrekken.
• Tracking van export- en importworkflows en code van meldingen bijwerken.
• Inkomende vracht inspecteren en transfer zendingen beheren.
• Netwerkvertragingen identificeren en extra transportcapaciteit regelen.
• Root-cause analyse uitvoeren bij operationele verstoringen.
• Ondersteunen van machineparkbeheer op regionale vestigingen.

Job description

In this role as a Ground Transport Coordinator in Rozenburg (Schipholrijk), you ensure the seamless execution of ground transport operations. You create truck route records, prepare shipping documentation, and track cargo transfers across the network. Working in rotating shifts, you handle operational delays proactively to keep freight moving on time.

Responsibilities

• Set up operating records for planned and ad hoc truck routes.
• Coordinate freight recovery from CFS locations and external partners.
• Issue transport documents, load manifests, and bills of lading.
• Update tracking event codes and monitor export and import workflows.
• Inspect inbound freight and manage transfer shipments.
• Identify network delays and arrange extra transport capacity.
• Perform root cause analysis for operational disruptions.
• Support equipment management at regional branch locations.

Requirements

• MBO 3 or MBO 4 working level.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong motivation and eagerness to learn logistics processes.
• Availability for weekly rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Eligibility for a VGB screening, which requires at least 8 years of residency in the European Union.
