What we're looking for:

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with:

• Over 3 years of experience in this role (10 years in graphic design overall).
• A pro-level eye for design with exceptional attention to detail.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud Software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office to communicate ideas effectively.
• Proficiency in English, as our products are often in English and effective communication is key.
• Experience in web design and development.
• Resilience to stress, with strong planning and prioritizing skills.
• A strategic mindset that keeps the objective of each design or product in focus.
• Decisiveness and curiosity, always asking the right questions.
• The ability to maintain an overview while having a sharp eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills to articulate ideas clearly.
• A deadline-driven approach to deliver projects on time.
• A commitment to 10 out of 10 quality in every project.
• An understanding of the importance of company protocols and commercial thinking.
