Job description

About you

As a Graphic Design Intern for our in-house framing service, Frame The Game, you will support the Project Manager in shaping the creative output that showcases premium sports memorabilia. You are a creative, self-starting designer who loves to stay ahead of the curve and surprise both clubs and customers. You thrive in a high‑freedom, high‑responsibility environment, possess a genuine passion for sports, and are ready to play a hands‑on part in expanding our brand internationally.

What you’ll do
  • Frame Design: Produce a consistent, reliable volume of on‑brand frame designs for our potential partners, auctions, and new e‑commerce platform.
  • Template Expansion: Build, maintain, and expand a library of reusable, standardized templates for MWS auction frames to increase production speed and ensure quality.
  • Design System Development: Help build and uphold a scalable design system (components, layouts, and brand assets) to increase team output while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Workflow Optimization: Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to streamline existing production processes, adapt templates for new markets, and keep shared asset libraries organized.
  • Studio Interaction: Bring your creative ideas to life and work directly within our in‑house studio environment.
  • Quality & Mentorship: Work directly "under the wings" of our Project Manager, participating in a structured onboarding and review rhythm aligned with your university requirements.
What you bring
  • Creativity & Initiative: The ability to generate original ideas, stand out, and proactively take ownership of your projects.
  • Technical Design Proficiency: Confidence and competency using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Adaptability: Comfort working within a young, fast‑growing, and rapidly changing international organization.
  • Organizational & Team Skills: Strong organizational abilities paired with a collaborative, communicative mindset.
  • Sports Enthusiasm: A genuine passion for football and wider sports culture.
Qualifications and experience
  • Education: Currently studying towards (or recently completed) a Bachelor, HBO, or MBO degree in Design or another creative field—ideally in your final year.
  • Language: Fluent in English, both written and verbal (any additional language is an advantage).
  • Legal: You hold an EU passport or are currently enrolled at a university in the Netherlands.
  • Availability: Ready for a full‑time, 5 to 6‑month internship starting in September.
What We Offer
  • Informal and Sporty Environment: An informal, international, and sports‑focused work environment.
  • Room for Initiative and Impact: Plenty of room for your ideas and the opportunity to make a real impact.
  • Internship Remuneration: A competitive internship allowance of €500 per month.
  • Daily Lunch: A free and healthy lunch provided daily in the office.
  • On‑Site Gym: Access to a private gym with a personal trainer that you can use anytime.
  • Commute & Travel Coverage: Reimbursement of travel expenses up to a maximum of €200 per month.
  • Perks & Culture: Access to our gym and personal training, weekly Friday‑afternoon drinks, team events and a young, vibrant office culture.
  • Location: Based between our Amsterdam HQ and Zaandam warehouse facility.
