Job summary

Nederlands Dans Theater (NDT) is seeking an organised and independent Company Manager to join the Company Management team in The Hague. You will manage logistics for national and international tours, coordinate with multiple departments and support the creative process and auditions.

Ideal candidates hold HBO-level education, have 1–3 years of experience in production/logistical management, and are fluent in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• HBO level of working and thinking.
• 1–3 years' experience in organisational, production and logistical management of groups, preferably during international tours.
• Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Flexible with working hours and environment.
• Creative and able to cope with unexpected circumstances.
• Strong organizational skills and effective communication.
• First-aid certificate or willingness to undertake one.
• Preferably based in The Hague and willing to travel internationally.
• Knowledge of the international contemporary dance sector is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Involved in the preparation, practical execution and supervision of production periods leading up to premieres.
• Coordinate, organise and supervise domestic performances and international tours.
• Take charge of the logistical coordination for the creative team and host during creation/rehearsal.
• Provide practical assistance with the annual auditions.
• Support scheduling and planning; undertake administrative tasks as needed.
