Qualifications

• At least 8 years of direct tax experience from Big Four / top-tier law firm and/or in-house multinational roles.
• Navigate multi-jurisdictional environments and diverse regulatory cultures confidently.
• Identify issues proactively and thrive with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Drive direct tax strategy and planning across Growth & Emerging Market jurisdictions.
• Provide tax input into M&A transactions, joint ventures, and market entries.
• Lead transfer pricing support for legal entities in relevant jurisdictions.
