Job summary

4PS invites ambitious starters to join IGNITE, an international talent program designed to launch global careers in ERP and consulting. You start as a consultant, analyze processes, and drive customer value across countries.

Over two years, you rotate through three assignments, gain exposure to senior leadership, and move into a role matched to your development, such as consultant or project manager, with relocation support and a strong development focus.

Qualifications

• Recently graduated or about to complete a Master’s or PhD in a relevant field.
• Fluency in Dutch and English required, third language is a plus.
• Interest in IT and construction industry with international exposure.

Responsibilities

• Work on ERP implementations and analyse business processes.
• Collaborate with customers and conduct workshops across cultures.
• Operate in rotations across countries and roles within the program.
