Henkel in Amsterdam seeks a seasoned leader to head Global Operations & Supply Chain Strategy & PMO, shaping Henkel’s 2030 transformation agenda across Operations, Supply Chain, and Procurement. You will lead a team of 6+ strategy/PMO professionals and partner with the Global Leadership Team to drive value creation from strategy to execution.

You will orchestrate a global transformation portfolio, manage priorities and risks, and shape operating models, governance, and change management while

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy, transformation and/or Operations & Supply Chain.
• Proven ability to lead global transformations end-to-end.
• Exceptional executive communication and storytelling.
• Strong ownership and ability to drive topics to closure.
• Credibility with senior executives and stakeholder influence.
• Master's degree and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global Operations & Supply Chain Strategy & PMO with 6+ leaders.
• Own end-to-end transformations across 100+ sites and 100,000+ customers.
• Orchestrate the transformation portfolio with priorities and risks.
• Identify value opportunities using performance insights and benchmarks.
• Shape operating models, governance, processes and change management.
• Drive strategic management cycles, leadership workshops and reviews.
• Act as sparring partner to Global Leadership Team for executive decisions.
• Build a culture of ownership, pace and impact within Strategy & PMO.
