DEPT is a Growth Invention company helping brands grow faster at the intersection of technology and marketing. We seek a Global Strategic Projects Intern to join our Amsterdam & Rotterdam teams, working on cross-functional strategic initiatives and internal operations such as Finance or Impact.

You’ll be trusted as a full team member from day one, collaborating across global teams while balancing studies. The role offers hybrid work, a culture of experimentation, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s (penultimate/final year) or Master’s program at a Dutch university.
• Available for 6-month internship starting February 2027, 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional strategic initiatives and internal operations.
• Assist in mapping global process improvements and AI-enabled tools.
• Balance time between department work and global projects.
• Translate strategy into clear deliverables and roadmaps for diverse teams.
