Seco is seeking a Global SQEHS Process Lead to shape, govern, and continuously improve the global SQEHS process landscape. You will own ISO management systems, lead an internal audit network, and drive cross-functional change with a focus on scalable, user-friendly processes.

The role reports to the Head of Quality Assurance and requires navigating a complex global organization, with international travel across regions. Flexible within Europe, ideally near Seco sites.

Qualifications

• Extensive SQEHS and quality management experience across a global organization.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems.
• Lead Auditor certification or substantial audit experience.
• Experience driving process standardization and global change initiatives.
• Ability to translate strategy into scalable, user-focused processes.
• Ability to navigate multicultural environments and communicate across audiences.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of the global SQEHS process framework.
• Own and coordinate the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems, including certification activities.
• Lead and develop the global internal audit network and coordinate external certification audits.
• Monitor process performance and translate regulatory and ISO requirements into practical business solutions.
• Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives, training and awareness activities across the organization.

Shape how Sustainability, Quality, Environment, Health & Safety (SQEHS) processes support sustainability and operational excellence across Seco’s global organization. Working at the intersection of business strategy, management systems, and sustainability, you help make global processes scalable, practical, and easy to use. You report to the Head of Quality Assurance.Job responsibilitiesLead the development and continuous improvement of the global SQEHS process framework.Own and coordinate the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems, including certification activities.Lead and develop the global internal audit network and coordinate external certification audits.Monitor process performance and translate regulatory and ISO requirements into practical business solutions.Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives, training and awareness activities across the organization.Location and flexibilityThe position is flexible within Europe, ideally near a Seco or Sandvik site. Regular travel to Sweden and across regions is part of the position for workshops, audits, and improvement activities.Your profileYou bring extensive experience in SQEHS, quality management, operational excellence, process excellence, or business process management. Comfortable navigating a complex global organization, you understand how to balance governance and compliance requirements with practical business needs.Your background includes:Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, as well as management systems and compliance frameworks.Lead Auditor certification or extensive audit experience.Experience driving process standardization and global change initiatives.Experience using process-management tools such as ARIS or a similar platform.A proven ability to turn business strategy into scalable, user-focused processes.You’re independent and accountable, combining strategic thinking with practical execution. You challenge established ways of working constructively, influence without direct authority, and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
