Global Senior Project Manager

Overview

Do you want to make a real impact on international healthcare by leading complex innovation projects end-to-end? At the Amsterdam Innovation Center (AIC) of RENOLIT Healthcare, you will drive high-impact product and process innovations on a global scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop cross‑functional project teams throughout the full project lifecycle
• Take full ownership of project delivery (scope, timelines, budget and quality)
• Drive strategic project decisions and ensure successful implementation
• Contribute to further developing the project management function within the AIC
• Identify and mitigate risks using structured methodologies such as FMEA
• Collaborate with PMO colleagues across international RENOLIT sites

Qualifications

Experience

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in project management, including 3 years on a senior level in terms of position or projects
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects end‑to‑end
• Working experience in life sciences or another regulated production environment
• Experience with agile methodologies is a plus
• It is also a plus if you have experience with stage gates
• Preferably, you have worked in an international organization

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally related to a technical or medical field
• It is a plus if you have followed a project management course (PMP, Prince2, IPMA e.g.)

• You are a people leader and able to manage diverse teams of specialists
• You are confident in making decisions and hold stakeholders accountable for deliverables
• Capable to communicate and engage with a variety of people, both internally and externally to ensure a constructive working environment
• Excellent command of English, in both speaking and writing
