SIRE Life Sciences is seeking an Associate Supply Chain with strong SAP OTC and EDI experience to support and optimize supply chain systems and business processes. You will combine technical troubleshooting with business process knowledge, supporting daily operations, coordinating with IT and stakeholders, and contributing to system enhancements.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in international supply chain operations, preferably pharma/biopharma.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) and related processes.
• Experience with EDI, system integration and electronic transactions.
• Experience troubleshooting ERP/supply chain systems and supporting users.
• Good understanding of end-to-end supply chain and customer service processes.
• Experience coordinating with IT, business stakeholders and technical teams.

Mansioni

• Support daily SAP OTC and EDI operations and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist business users with system access, training and process questions.
• Investigate supply chain system problems and identify root causes.
• Maintain sales master data and ERP information accuracy.
• Gather requirements and support system enhancements and UAT.
• Collaborate with IT, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Quality and Compliance to implement solutions.
• Contribute to digital supply chain projects and process improvements.
• Maintain SOPs and training documentation for consistency and compliance.
• Support performance reporting and KPI tracking.
• Participate in testing activities including AI-related solutions where applicable.
