Job summary

Danone Netherlands invites an enthusiastic intern to join the Global Quality team in Hoofddorp. You will help coordinate quality communications and engage people worldwide, collaborating with the Culture of Quality and the Quality Communication Manager.

You will develop materials for World Quality Week, organize the Global Quality Awards, and contribute to the 2027 Quality communication strategy, gaining hands-on experience in corporate communications within a diverse, international setting.

Qualifications

• Enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's in Communication science or Corporate Communications; student for the duration of the internship.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Able to work from Hoofddorp office at least 3 days per week.
• Available to start in October 2026 for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week.
• Interest in corporate communications, content creation, graphic design and Quality topics.

Responsibilities

• Co-develop and execute global Quality communication initiatives, including creating materials and engagement activities for World Quality Week.
• Lead the organization of the annual Global Quality Awards from engagement to ceremony in collaboration with global, regional, local teams and external partners.
• Drive innovative awareness campaigns at Danone Headquarters to strengthen Quality visibility across the organization.
• Support the development of Danone's 2027 Quality communication strategy and ongoing initiatives building a strong Quality culture.
