Job summary

Dremel offers a Global Product Marketing Intern position in Breda, the Netherlands, for a 12‑month program. You will join an international team, work with Global Product Owners and stakeholders across Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain and Sales, and contribute to real product initiatives used by millions of customers.

You will own projects, gain hands‑on experience from idea to market, and develop strategic skills in product management, marketing and analytics within a dynamic global

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Product Management or related field.
• Remain enrolled during entire internship period.
• Strong interest in product management, marketing, innovation and consumer products.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to international projects including packaging development, market research, customer product guides, event organization and business analytics.
• Support Global Product Owners in bringing new products and innovations from idea to market.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe, North America, Asia and Latin America to shape future product and portfolio strategies.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
• Support product launches by coordinating activities with different departments and regions.
• Create presentations and business recommendations for management and project teams.
• Track project progress, manage priorities and ensure actions are followed through.

Your tasks

As a Global Product Marketing Intern, you will become part of an international team responsible for driving innovation and growth within Dremel's product portfolio. During this 12-month internship, you will work closely with Global Product Owners and stakeholders across Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, and Regional teams.

This is not a typical internship. You will take ownership of real projects, contribute to strategic decisions, and gain hands‑on experience in the development and launch of products used by millions of customers worldwide.

Your Responsibilities Contain a Variety Of Projects, Such As

• Lead and contribute to a variety of international projects, including packaging development, market research, customer product guides, event organization, and business analytics.
• Support Global Product Owners in bringing new products and innovations from idea to market.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe, North America, Asia and Latin America to shape future product and portfolio strategies.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
• Support product launches by coordinating activities with different departments and regions.

• Are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Product Management, or a related field (and remain enrolled during the entire internship period).
• Have a strong interest in product management, marketing, innovation, and consumer products.
• Have an eye for detail and enjoy turning insights into actions.
• Are proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Enjoy working in international and cross-functional teams.
• Are a creative thinker who likes taking initiative and ownership.
• Have experience with or are familiar with Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
