Job summary

Versuni is seeking an Internship in Global Product Management to support the development and launch of Philips vacuum cleaners across international markets. You will track product KPIs, analyze data trends, and help shape product propositions based on consumer needs and market insights.

You will assist with pricing, messaging, packaging, product pages, demos, training materials, and launch communications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (preferred) in Marketing, International Management, Business, Product Management, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in marketing, product management, marketing trends, AI, data analytics, technology and innovation.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Well-organized, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong logical thinking and the ability to see the big picture.
• Curious, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of projects and working independently.

Responsibilities

• Support the global Product Management team in developing and launching new Philips vacuum cleaners across international markets.
• Track product performance and KPIs, including sales, margin, and market share, using data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to the development of product propositions based on consumer needs, market trends, and competitive insights.
• Support the development of product positioning, messaging, claims, and communication materials, including packaging, online content, product pages, product demonstrations, training materials, and launch communication, clearly communicating the key benefits of Philips vacuum cleaners.
• Support consumer and product testing, analyzing feedback, ratings & reviews, and other sources of consumer insights to improve product propositions, communication, and user experience.
• Benchmark competitor products, technologies, features, pricing, claims, and communication to identify opportunities to strengthen Philips' competitive position.
• Contribute to the development of product presentations, commercial presentations, marketing toolkits, and training materials for markets and commercial teams.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams across Product Management, Marketing, R&D, Design, Engineering, Sales, and Operations.
• Take ownership of specific projects and deliverables, bringing your own ideas and helping turn them into tangible product and marketing initiatives.
