Lamb Weston Holdings, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Procurement Excellence Director to shape and lead the global agenda across regions. You will define standards, capabilities, and governance to enable procurement as a strategic partner.

In this role, you will drive digitalization, data analytics and AI-enabled capabilities, align senior leaders, and accelerate procurement maturity while building leadership capabilities for the future.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field.
• 15+ years in procurement/supply chain with senior leadership exposure.
• Proven global procurement transformation experience.
• Experience with governance and digital procurement solutions.
• International experience across regions (EMEA, NA, LATAM or China).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global Procurement Excellence roadmap.
• Define policies, processes, standards and governance frameworks.
• Lead digitalization, automation, data analytics and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Drive adoption of procurement technologies (ERP, Source-to-Pay).
• Establish performance management frameworks and KPIs.
• Build capabilities through training and leadership development.
• Collaborate with regional teams and senior leadership.
• Mentor and influence across functions.
