Job summary

Refresco is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee procurement contracts across its global Juices category. You will work with buyers, logistics partners, warehouses, and manufacturing sites to ensure contracts are executed efficiently from purchase to delivery.

You will combine contract management, supply chain coordination, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration to monitor stock levels, manage deliveries, and support buyers with insights to optimize inventory and contract performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Experience coordinating in international/FMCG procurement.
• Strong analytical and data-interpretation abilities.
• Advanced Excel skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with forecasts, inventory management, or contract/order processing is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities in a dynamic, multi-priority environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration across international teams.
• Fluent in English; additional European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze forecasts, stock levels, and contract positions to determine monthly coverage.
• Validate data and support decision-making with accurate reporting.
• Communicate monthly coverage, supply risks, and renewal opportunities to buyers/management.
• Optimize contracts and stock by managing shipments to meet demand and cash-flow targets.
• Recommend contract/shipment adjustments to mitigate risks and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, legal, finance, and operations teams.
• Identify and lead process-improvement initiatives within sub-categories.
• Support buyers with sourcing, tendering, forecasting, stock management, and shipments.
• Serve as procurement key user in projects and system implementations.
• Manage contracts, orders, shipments, documentation, and invoices.
