Job summary

Danone NL is offering a Specialised ingredients procurement internship in Hoofddorp starting October. You will join the Global Procurement team, supporting global sourcing initiatives and reporting projects, while collaborating with cross-functional teams across regions and cultures.

The role requires strong analytical skills, Excel and Power BI proficiency, and a 6-month+ commitment with 3 days/week in the Hoofddorp office. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student for the entire duration of the internship.
• Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number; non-EU citizens need a valid Dutch residency permit.
• For non-EU citizens, university must sign a three-party agreement with Danone.
• Available to start in Hoofddorp for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Able to work from Hoofddorp office at least 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the execution of sourcing strategies in a multicultural, global environment.
• Support tender preparations, supplier negotiations, and global contract management activities.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze complex datasets from multiple sources, including Excel, Power BI, and AI-driven tools.
• Co-lead and support the development of internal reporting and efficiency tools using Excel and Power BI.
• Maintain, update, and improve procurement databases and dashboards shared with key stakeholders.
• Support business strategy initiatives related to BCP, cost savings, sustainability, and supplier performance management.
