Job summary

Yara's CES department in the Netherlands seeks a Process Engineer who aims to grow into a process specialist at the Sluiskil site while contributing to global initiatives. You will analyze production losses, initiate projects, and collaborate with international teams; a Master in Chemical Engineering with 3+ years' experience, and fluency in English and Dutch, are required.

Qualifications

Master degree in Chemical Engineering with at least 3 years relevant experience.
Able to handle complex problems with strong analytical capacity and a hands-on attitude.
Fluent in English and Dutch; able to work in an international environment.

Responsibilities

Systematic follow up of production plants, analyzing production loss and optimizing production volumes.
Initiating and preparation of projects.
Act as process point of contact for internal engineering contacts.
Advising changes in installations based on field research and analysis of process- and laboratory-data.
Contribute within Yara globally.
Build relations with technical personnel within Yara Sluiskil, other sites and the technical network within Yara International.
