Job summary

BDO Nederland in Amstelveen seeks a Senior Tax Advisor to lead the rapidly growing Pillar Two team. You will provide expert advice on complex Pillar Two matters, ensuring high-quality delivery and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Manager or 8+ years as a Senior Manager in international tax.
• Experience in an accounting firm, law firm, or in-house environment preferred.
• Familiarity with Dutch or comparable professional environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Pillar Two engagements for multinational clients.
• Coach and support junior colleagues.
• Act as primary contact for auditors and guide clients.
• Strengthen and expand external market footprint.
