Job summary

IQVIA in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Client Partner for Strategy Consulting in Large Pharma Advisory on a 1-year contract. This role entails leading global client relationships, shaping asset strategies across Consulting, Analytics, RWE, and Technology, and driving revenue growth within senior stakeholder engagements.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions, influence client strategy, and manage complex, multi-year opportunities across a global account

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in Strategy Consulting and deep understanding of client engagement and solution delivery.
• 8+ years’ experience in Pharma & Life Sciences commercial domain.
• Proven track record of managing a balanced pipeline of opportunities and multi-year deals.
• Natural influencer with strong relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent consultative selling skills and ability to assemble cross-functional teams to build solutions.
• Ability to engage with Senior Executives at client sites.
• Expertise in Solution Development and crafting compelling stories with evidence of big ideas.
• Collaborative, influential, and persuasive; able to operate in a complex matrix environment.
• Experience selling and negotiating large-scale cross-functional solutions.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with key executives and decision-makers within a large Pharma account.
• Engage senior stakeholders with gravitas and provide new perspectives on Asset Strategy.
• Drive global business growth with focus on revenue and profitability for assigned assets.
• Contribute to asset strategy with input from broader account team and orchestrate execution.
• Align asset strategy with real-world data to ensure integrated engagement.
• Build long-term relationships with asset and brand leaders to drive revenue.
• Influence client strategy and position IQVIA through thought leadership and senior resources.
• Proactively engage client asset and brand teams to develop short- and long-term cross-functional solutions.
• Lead the Commercial go-to-market community for HQ or global buying centers in areas like Commercial Consulting and Analytics.
