Job summary

Jacobs Douwe Egberts UK is seeking a Scientific and Regulatory Affairs Intern in Utrecht. Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a relevant academic program for the duration of the internship.
• Required to dedicate at least 5 months, preferably from September 2026 until February 2027.
• Must be either an EU(EEA) or Non-EU(EEA) student residing in the Netherlands during the internship.

Responsibilities

• Conduct literature review on best practices for packaging guidelines.
• Support the development of templates and risk assessment tools for packaging design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on packaging certification standards.
• Create training materials and SOPs for standardized packaging guidelines.

Skills

Strong MS Office skills

Fluent English (speaking and writing)

Hands-on experience with food research activities

Education

BSc or MSc in Pack Technology, Sustainability, Food Safety, Toxicology or related subjects
