MSF Netherlands / OCA seeks a visionary Medical Director to steer medical strategy, quality assurance, and program integrity across crises. You will lead public health operations, manage ethical considerations, and collaborate with IT and other departments to safeguard patients and staff.

You are a medical doctor with public health training, fluent in English, and able to navigate complex organisations with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Medical Doctor with post-graduate training in public health.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Strong communication skills within large, complex organisations.
• 12+ years of experience in medical, humanitarian programming and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead medical strategy and medical quality agenda for the organisation.
• Ensure safe, effective, dignified person-centred healthcare.
• Represent MSF at international MedDir and MedOps platforms.
