Job summary

Tchai in Ridderkerk, NL, is seeking a logistics coordinator to keep projects and deliveries on track worldwide. You’ll link production, warehouses, clients and partners, coordinating, planning and anticipating needs to ensure furniture and materials reach destinations on time.

You’ll work in a structured, clear way in a dynamic, self-managing team and use Business Central for inventory updates, shipping packs and communication with international suppliers.

Qualifications

• You have experience in a logistics role, such as a coordinator or planner.
• You know how to stay on top of things, even when juggling multiple tasks.
• You're a clear communicator and can switch easily between colleagues and external partners.
• You work in a structured way and like to stay one step ahead.
• You have experience with an ERP system (Business Central is a plus).
• You speak both Dutch and English fluently (helpful with our international clients and suppliers).

Responsibilities

• You are the link between our production team, warehouses, clients, and logistics partners. You coordinate, plan, anticipate needs, and make sure all furniture and materials reach their destinations. In stores across the globe. Whether it's a delivery from our warehouse in Ridderkerk or through an international hub, you're the one who keeps it all on track. From order picking and packing lists to client communication and inventory management... You make it happen.
