• MBO 4 or HBO level working and thinking
• Experience in customer service or administration within logistics
• Strong communication skills in English
• Available for 40 hours per week
• Fluent in English and comfortable with different software systems
• Keen to work in a dynamic environment and be detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders via email and phone
• Operate multiple software systems (WMS, Order Management, MS Office)
• Process daily inbound and outbound orders
• Manage inventory levels and accuracy
• Coordinate communications across logistics teams
• Report and analyze issues for continuous improvement
