Siemens Energy is offering a full-time legal internship to gain practical experience in corporate, financing, and commercial contract law across Europe. You will conduct research, draft corporate documents, and support on M&A issues while collaborating with colleagues globally.

You are in the final year of law studies or starting a Master and comfortable with Dutch/English. The role emphasizes initiative, teamwork, and professional growth with flexible work aspects.

Qualifications

• In the third/final year of a law bachelor’s or starting a master’s in law.
• Interest in corporate, financing and commercial contracts law.
• Digitally savvy with Microsoft Office applications.
• Proactive, analytically minded with attention to detail.
• Strong communication in a business, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on topics across European jurisdictions.
• Draft corporate docs, board resolutions and powers of attorney.
• Support on corporate matters and M&A issues in Europe.
• Draft and issue standard legal documentation; proofread material.
• Assist in preparing training materials and deliver training to colleagues.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed.
