Job summary

Teledyne Adimec seeks an Innovation Strategist to bridge technology, strategy and external partnerships, shaping a long-term innovation agenda beyond the roadmap. You will translate market developments, technologies and investments into concrete programs and collaborations.

In this role you will build an external network with universities, knowledge institutes and industry partners, initiate consortia and public-private partnerships, and travel internationally to advance the innovation agenda.

Qualifications

• Strong technical foundation in a high-tech environment and the ability to translate technology into concrete innovation opportunities.
• Proven ability to align R&D with business development and drive collaborations with external partners.
• Experience building networks with universities, knowledge institutes and industry partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technology and innovation roadmaps for multi-year planning.
• Connect R&D, Business Development and external partners to exploit technical and commercial synergies.
• Initiate collaborations with universities, knowledge institutes and industry partners.
• Initiate innovation projects, consortia and public-private partnerships.
• Identify funding opportunities and contribute to grant applications.
• Translate complex information into clear reports, proposals and action plans.
• Represent Teledyne in international consortia and network events.
