Job summary

Bugaboo International in Amsterdam is seeking a Global Brand GTM Marketing Intern to support the team in delivering the brand positioning across channels. You will assist in Go-To-Market strategies, campaign planning, asset coordination, and cross‑functional alignment across markets.

This hands-on role offers mentorship from the Senior Global GTM Marketing Manager and exposure to global product launches within an international team. Compensation is monthly and varies by education level.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Marketing/Communication/Business degree with an approved University agreement.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in presenting and designing materials.
• Strong attention to detail with rigorous execution.
• Familiar with Agile ways of working and collaborative mindset.
• Creative, organized and proactive team player with brand interest.

Responsibilities

• Assist in campaign planning and execution for global product and brand launches.
• Help optimize templates and toolkits for local markets.
• Maintain and update the global marketing calendar.
• Support coordination across Brand, CRM, Performance Marketing, Design, Local Marketing teams.
• Participate in project management tasks and stakeholder updates.
• Assist in creating internal communications (presentations, newsletters).
• Conduct competitive analysis and benchmark global campaigns and GTM strategies.
