Job summary

Fruit Vision is seeking an International Grower Support & Project Manager to bridge our blueberry varieties with growers worldwide. The role blends field visits, strategic development, and hands‑on cultivation knowledge.

You will travel internationally and support trials, with a focus on knowledge sharing and business growth. The position offers part‑time or full‑time options on a fixed-term basis with the prospect of a permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Completed education in horticulture or strong demonstrable interest in plant cultivation.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Structured, independent and hands‑on approach to work.
• Strong communication across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Developing business opportunities and strengthening relationships with existing growers and partners worldwide.
• Supporting the introduction and cultivation of Fruit Vision blueberry varieties in different regions and growing conditions.
• Following up on and co-coordinating variety and cultivation trials around the world.
• Contributing to the development and management of the blueberry trial location in the Netherlands.
• Sharing knowledge and practical experience with growers and business partners.
• Identifying opportunities to improve cultivation practices, production and varietal performance.
