Job summary

Studyportals is seeking a Financial Accountant for a maternity leave period. You will coordinate external reporting and audits across jurisdictions, own the annual audit process and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.

You will work closely with the Head of Finance and external auditors, managing group consolidations, statutory reporting and intercompany accounting while building strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial control, accounting or audit.
• Experience with group consolidations and annual financial statements.
• Experience coordinating external audits and audit documentation.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare group consolidations and monthly management reporting.
• Coordinate interim/year-end audits and international statutory reporting.
• Prepare the annual financial statements and SBR filings.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and intercompany accounting.
• Prepare cash flow forecasting, financial modelling and variance analysis.
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and controls.
