Job summary

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in quality and food safety within FMCG.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety regs, QMS and international frameworks (HACCP, GFSI).
• Strong scientific background to oversee formulation, ingredient safety, and regulatory dossiers.
• Proven ability to lead through complexity and crisis, including recalls or incidents.
• Excellent stakeholder influence with regulatory authorities and leadership.
• Master's degree in a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Define and deploy the global quality and food safety vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead global regulatory strategy across ingredients, packaging, labeling, and claims.
• Provide scientific oversight for product formulation and ingredient safety.
• Lead issue and crisis management, including recalls and risk assessments.
• Define supplier quality standards and oversee global quality across sourcing.
• Drive digital transformation with data analytics and KPI-driven quality roadmap.
