Job summary

Bureau Veritas Cybersecurity is seeking a Program Manager to lead cybersecurity programs across Europe, coordinating large-scale client initiatives and acting as the primary advisor for clients. You will collaborate with CISOs, IT Managers, Security Officers, and board members to ensure high-quality outcomes and maximize client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven program management experience, PMP or PRINCE2 preferred.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity in client-facing roles.
• Strong commercial acumen to identify opportunities and convert them to assignments.
• Experience coaching and mentoring teams.
• Experience managing international, geographically distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage large client programs with annual turnover.
• Advise clients and collaborate with CISO’s, IT Managers, Security Officers, and boards.
• Align cybersecurity projects with client business goals and strategies.
• Develop security roadmaps and deliver multidisciplinary services.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Contribute to sales content by translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Coach and guide consultants to ensure engaging and effective project work.
