Job summary

You will work in a dynamic, international environment, collaborating with teams to strengthen customs compliance and reporting while maintaining data accuracy and process improvements.

Qualifications

• MBO+ level or equivalent work experience required.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Basic knowledge of customs legislation and international trade.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, customs, or warehousing environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute weekly audits on import, export, transit and bonded warehouse declarations.
• Review customs certificates and verify data accuracy for products, client licenses.
• Report findings and support corrective actions.
• Monitor compliance KPIs and maintain audit records.
• Support AEO monitoring, audits, regulatory updates, and updating procedures.
• Assist in improving customs processes, systems, and compliance reporting.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across multiple countries.
