Job summary

Nomadify is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its international Lisbon-based team. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, provide accurate information, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

No prior experience is required; full training is provided. Candidates fluent in a European language and with English (B1+) are encouraged to apply and relocate to Lisbon with relocation support.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent in one European language (e.g., French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Nordic languages)
• Basic to intermediate English (B1 or higher)
• Willing to relocate to Lisbon for a minimum of 12 months
• Customer-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn
• Open to working in an international, structured environment

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat
• Provide accurate information and solutions in a timely, professional manner
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Follow internal procedures, quality standards, and compliance guidelines
• Document interactions and update customer records in internal systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues when required
