As ourGlobal Compensation Architecture Lead,you'llsupport the development and evolution of ManpowerGroup's global Total Rewards framework and compensation infrastructure.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Total Rewards professional to lead the day-to-day coordination of global job architecture initiatives, partner with external consultants, and collaborate with stakeholders across the business to implement frameworks that create consistency, transparency, and scalability across our global organisation.
Working closely with Global, Regional and Country P&C teams, P&C Business Partners, Talent Management teams, business leaders, and external partners, you'll help design and implement job architecture frameworks, career structures, salary grades, and compensation programmes that support our growth strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading the day-to-day coordination of global job architecture initiatives and acting as the primary liaison with external consultants.
Supporting the development and implementation of global job families, functions, career streams, levels, and titling conventions.
Coordinating role evaluation, job matching, levelling, and organisational alignment activities.
Managing project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
Partnering with Global, Regional and Country P&C teams, Talent Management teams, and business leaders to gather requirements andvalidateoutcomes.
Facilitating workshops, calibration sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
Developing communications, implementation guides, training resources, and FAQs to support adoption and understanding.
Establishing governance processes thatmaintainconsistency across global job architecture frameworks.
Supporting the alignment of compensation structures, career frameworks, salary grades, and pay ranges.
Conducting market pricing and benchmarking analyses using compensation survey data and market intelligence.
Supporting change management activities to drive successful implementation and adoption across regions and functions.
Experience supporting large-scale organisational change or transformation programmes.
Location: This is a remote role open to candidates based in the UK, the Netherlands, or Portugal. While the position offers remote flexibility, we ideally seek candidates located near one of our offices in London, Amsterdam, Porto, or Lisbon and able to join their local team in person on a weekly basis. Being part of the local office community is important to us, although proximity to an office is not a strict requirement. ABachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
Ideally,5+years of experience in Compensation or Total Rewards.
Experience managing projects, balancing competing priorities, and delivering results against deadlines.
Working knowledge of job architecture, job evaluation, role mapping, compensation structures, salary grades, market pricing, benchmarking, and pay ranges.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to work effectively within a matrixed organisation and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
Confidence navigating ambiguity and driving progress across complex initiatives.
A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and learning.
Experience working within a global organisation.
Experience partnering with stakeholders across multiple countries and cultures.
Experience supporting large-scale organisational change or transformation programmes.
