Job summary

IFF seeks a Strategic Planner to drive global Body Care strategy and Neuilly COE governance. This dual-scope role balances strategic initiatives with governance activities and cross-region collaboration.

You will report to the Global Body Care VP and partner with the COE director to shape priorities, track performance, and deliver strategic communications across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in strategic planning, business analysis, category management, or similar role.
• Strong analytical capabilities to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong stakeholder management in an international environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; reporting/visualization tools a plus.
• Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support Global Body Care Strategy & Innovation (50%).
• Drive category performance reporting, budgets, wins, and KPIs with insights.
• Coordinate planning and governance across innovation capabilities.
• Support communications across the global Body Care network with regional leaders.
• Facilitate knowledge management and information-sharing across the category.

You will report directly to the Global Body Care VP while working in close partnership with the Neuilly COE Director to help shape strategic priorities, governance processes, performance reporting, and communication initiatives.

Where You'll Make a Difference?

Support Global Body Care Strategy & Innovation (50%)

• Support the definition and execution of the Global Body Care product design strategy, ensuring alignment between innovation initiatives and business priorities.
• Drive category performance reporting, including pipeline, sales, budgets, wins, and key performance indicators, delivering actionable insights to leadership.
• Coordinate integrated planning and governance across innovation capabilities, from idea generation through deployment and ROI assessment.
• Support communication efforts across the global Body Care network, partnering with regional leaders, sales teams, and innovation stakeholders.
• Facilitate knowledge management and information-sharing processes across the category.
• Prepare management presentations and strategic updates for senior leadership reviews, summits, and business meetings.
  

• Drive performance reporting and analysis, including pipeline, win rate, cost-to-serve, and other operational KPIs.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance Neuilly COE performance and decision-making.
• Ensure governance and coordination of key COE activities in collaboration with other global sites, including New York, Singapore, and Hilversum.
• Lead organizational communication initiatives related to business updates, strategy, and organizational changes.
• Coordinate leadership meetings, track action plans, and ensure effective follow-through on strategic priorities.
  

What Makes You the Right Fit?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Strategy, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in strategic planning, business analysis, category management, innovation management, consulting, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities within an international environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with reporting and visualization tools is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across global, cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage.
