RemoteJobsOne in the Netherlands is seeking a GitHub Specialist contractor to support a customer project by completing and documenting realistic GitHub workflows in a fully remote setting.

You will create, review, and manage repositories, use Git and GitHub features, record your screen, and produce clear workflow rubrics and explanations while meeting project guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience using GitHub in projects or open-source settings.
  • Experience with data annotation, labeling, RLHF, AI response evaluation, or model evaluation.
  • Access to GitHub and ability to use it independently.
  • Comfort recording and sharing your screen while working on workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to clearly explain technical workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Complete assigned workflows within GitHub using your development and version-control experience.
  • Navigate repositories, branches, commits, PRs, issues, and collaboration features.
  • Create, edit, review, and manage repositories and common GitHub workflows per instructions.
  • Record your screen while completing workflows and demonstrate steps clearly.
  • Document workflow steps and explain GitHub tools, features, and actions used.

Pay: $90–$175/hr

We are engaging GitHub Specialists to support a customer project focused on completing and documenting real-world workflows within GitHub. In this role, you’ll use your hands-on GitHub experience to complete realistic workflows and contribute high-quality interaction data that supports the development of next-generation AI systems.

Scope of Work
  1. Complete assigned workflows and tasks within GitHub using your practical software development and version control experience.
  2. Navigate GitHub features related to repositories, branches, commits, pull requests, issues, and collaboration.
  3. Create, edit, review, and manage repositories and common GitHub workflows based on provided instructions.
  4. Use Git and GitHub to complete common version control tasks such as branching, merging, commits, and pull requests.
  5. Record your screen while completing assigned workflows and clearly demonstrate the steps taken.
  6. Create realistic prompts and detailed rubrics based on completed workflows.
  7. Document workflow steps and clearly explain the GitHub tools, features, and actions used.
  8. Review task outputs for accuracy and alignment with project guidelines.
  9. Follow project instructions and quality standards while working independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Strong hands-on experience using GitHub in professional, project-based, or open-source environments.
  2. Prior Human Data experience, such as data annotation, labeling, RLHF, AI response evaluation, model evaluation, or similar work.
  3. Current access to GitHub and ability to use the platform independently.
  4. Comfortable recording and sharing your screen while completing GitHub workflows.
  5. Strong attention to detail and ability to clearly explain technical workflows.
