Quality Assistant Specialist: Data tracking/Data Migration/Documentation/Process Management/English/German/French

We are looking for a Quality Assistant Specialist to support the Quality team during the deployment of a new digital platform. The mission of this role is to support the migration of data from legacy systems to new tools, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and reliability of data, documentation, and processes, while contributing to digitalization initiatives. This is an operational, detail-oriented role essential to a successful system transition. We value initiative and encourage candidates to propose improvements and support process optimization.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Track and migrate data from legacy systems to new digital tools.
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintain full traceability during the transition phase.
• Prepare and verify data packages for customer delivery, ensuring completeness and correct batch alignment.
• Support the collection, structuring, and consolidation of documentation from multiple sources.
• Contribute to the transformation of paper-based data into digital formats.
• Monitor adherence to defined processes and support compliance activities; support operational activities such as quarantine area management and calibration processes.
• Assist the team in daily activities related to system transition and process digitalization.
